My desire to get a perfect score on spelling, English and reading exams in elementary school should have provided enough indication that I would later focus time and energy on words, not art, as I had once imagined. My background in publishing has prepared me for a mix of writing, editing, planning and Web work. I'm a self-described AP Style nerd, and I truly enjoy proofreading and reviewing all sorts of copy. Communication and collaboration are two things that bring me joy, as does good food.
